  : Lady at the desk rude and even though their breakfast end at 9:00 . There were several of us coming down a little bit after 8:00a M and they didn't have anything and would not accommodate

  : The only positive i can say was they allowed us a later checkout since we didnt get there until close to 6 am.
  : 1. The first person i encountered was rude and appeared flustered that i was checking in at a late time. 2. The hotel was incredibly hot, i have asthma and temperature changes are hard on me. The air did not work in our room. 3. Went tk grab some drinks out of vending machine, there were maggots on bottom. 4. There was a large cockroach outside the room door. 5. No toiletries in the room, asked for them and was told if they were not in there then we were out of luck. 6. Asked for towels since there were only hand towels and wash cloths in bathroom, was told to go find the maid when they come in if i needed them. I just drove 8 hours i was hot and sweaty and wanted a shower before bed. This was 6 am, housekeeping would not be in til around 9. 7. When i went to check out the lady at desk was sitting in back talking, i said excuse me, she said ya....what..... I said i needed to check out. She said ok bye, with total attitude and then went back to talking when i laid my cards on counter. I have done customer service for better part of 15 years, this was by far the worst i have dealt with, and i go into places and make the staff better for a living.

  : Staff was very rude. I booked the reservation on booking.com and when I arrived the clerk said he didn’t see it for that day. Yes, I did make a mistake and reserved it for July 25th instead of the 24th. I stood at the front desk and updated the reservation to the 24th. I asked the clerk if he would check it again. He kept saying all he saw was the one for the 25th. I showed him my phone and email. He still would not refresh his information. After about 20 minutes of going back and forth he finally refreshed it and boom there it was. This was at 11 at night. I was very tired. I asked for his name and he would not give it to me. He was an African American guy. I was so frustrated so I ended staying at another hotel. Staff was very rude. I booked the reservation on booking.com and when I arrived the clerk said he didn’t see it for that day. Yes, I did make a mistake and reserved it for July 25th instead of the 24th.
